Chicago Mayoral Election

Election day is just around the corner. Are you planning to exercise the right that our ancestors fought and died for? Have you chosen your candidate? Well I can tell you who will NOT be getting my vote, Gery Chico. I don't appreciate his showing up in Black establisments for the sole purpose of a photo op. He props himself up in black businesses and areas, not to talk to address the people but to stand in front of a camera and read directly from his speech to tell me what Rahm said. Rahm is capable of speaking for himself and has done so by being real with the people by saying to the people, yes, I plan to raise taxes because it's the only logical thing to do. He knows it and so does Chico. I don't want to hear what hisopponent siad. I want to know what rabbit is he going to pull from hat when the city hasn't any money to do anything, yet Chico promises to put 2,000 additional cops on the streets. If he's not going to raise taxes and or cut a lot jobs, where is the money going to come from if it doesn't come from the taxpayers? What, is he gonna go back through the hood and shake down some drug dealers. He is not being truthful to the people when he says he isn't going to raise taxes. He sounds like the typical politician making promises to get elected.
