No child left behind. LOL
A woman was arrested and sentenced to serve 12 days in jail and 2 years probation for using a false address to get her daughter in a better school and safer neighborhood. Is this what the nation had in mind with the No Child Left Behind Law? I'm sorry, but I'm not against illegal immigrants, but they are breaking the law by being here illegally but even they have the privilege of protesting and not even one has been or even has to worry about being arrested. I don't know a single parent who wouldn't do this. Hell, I've done this. Black people can't get away crap.
Boy Princess
Would you let your 5 year old dress up in girl attire and compete in beauty pageants? Is it bad parenting to let your child do so? Some say it's child abuse. A disturbing new trend where parents are not only allowing their boy to participate in pageants but are encouraging it.What do you think? Don't hold back. Say what you feel and "Say it Loud"

Let's Do It Again
Sarah Palin wants to be our next President. Well here's my response to such a scary thought. Remember the energy and excitement you had at the thought of electing our 1st black president and Barack Obama was the candidate? Remember how we came out in record numbers to vote for Obama to ensure his victory and be a part of history. We need to take that same energy back to the voting booth in 2012 to re-elect President Obama.
Unless you've been living under a rock, I'm sure you've heard about the deadly shooting in Arizona that took the lives of six and wounded 14 others including a congresswoman. It has been suggested that the incident may have been motivated by political rhetoric of some republicans, namely Sarah Palin. Initially that seemed to be a joke, but right now, no one is laughing. Sarah Palin used gun analogy making such statements as "don't retreat, reload", and then she posted a map on her website depicting crosshairs targeting states of congressman that she wanted quote, "taken out", and the nut job who did the shooting in Arizona set out to do just that.
The map has been removed since the shooting but Palin refuses to acknowledge the possibility that her words and actions may have set off a crazy person. Palin recently released an 8 minute video not to extend her sympathy to the families of the victims, but solely to defend her use of violent imagery and rhetoric.
Less than a year ago, Martha Stewart came out and made a public statement describing Palin as being quote, "dangerous", and just a few short months ago, Congresswoman Gabrielle Gifford who was shot in the head and was the alleged target of the shooting had feared and stated that such rhetoric would have consequences. Unfortunately her worst fears came true.
George W. Bush had 8 yrs. to bring this country to its knees, and it’s gonna take just as long, if not longer for Obama to help put us back on our feet.We need to extend the same 2-term courtesy and opportunity to President Obama.
As for Sarah Palin, we cannot let that broad into office. 2012, let's rock the vote again.
